Shipping & Delivery

Because of our vast inventory, 99% of all orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, on our website or over the phone will be shipped with in 1 business day. We ship all of our products via UPS or USPS and as always, all orders over $250 will ship free of charge. Free Shipping does NOT apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties or fees for any international shipments. We will only ship to a bank-verified card holder name & address. Please contact your credit cards customer service department, and ask if they will allow you to add an alternate shipping address to your account. Add the shipping name and address on your order, to the credit card account as an"authorized alternate shipping address". If the issuer does not allow shipping to an alternate address, we can only ship to the card holder's billing address. These regulations are established by the credit card companies for ALL mail, phone and internet orders to protect the consumer. It is not our store policy; it is the policy of Visa, Master Card and Discover. We take a very active role to prevent online fraud. If we have any problems processing your card or verifying the address information you provide, we will contact you.

Returns & Replacements

Full refunds for returns are only accepted if the item received is defective from the manufacturer. There will be a 20% restocking fee & cost of shipping for all items returned for any other reason. We do understanding problems occur, in those instance's you may contact our customer service department for information about returns. All Special or Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.
